Unable to remove ITM Os and Exchange Agent

Hi Team,

Does anyone have any advise on how can I remove ITM agent (OS agent and
exchange agent) from a windows 2008 server, I triggered the un-installation
from the add and remove program but I got the following error :( . It seem
to me that the un-installation program is complaining that it does not find
a few entry in the registry but both my agent is working totally fine.

I think I picked this up years ago at OPAL (now ISM) at IBM. It's call ITMRmvall, and came out around the ITM 6.1.x timeframe.
It can do a pretty good job. My primary observation of the version I have is that it doesn't do
that good a job cleaning up the registry for the Agent Management Services (AMS/Watchdog) code
added a couple of years ago.

copy attached. Will probably be stripped out in the posting, so look for it under that name.

When I've tried to pull something out by the roots by hand, I've had to:
- remove files on install drive
- troll the registry for
- Configuration settings under software keys typically under a Candle key
- rip out Service Startup Keys from the CurrentControlSet
- futz through the installer keys to try and find every install instance of something that got install or attempted.
